Jacob, Rebekah and I made these fun little cards for some people for Valentine's Day! So cute! I found the idea online and thought it was really cute!
Jacob wasn't totally into the ink on the finger but overall he had a good time with them :) When Papa asked him what the card was for he said it was for Clementine's Day! And he was very adamant that it was not Valentine's day but it sure WAS Clementine's Day! Too funny!
Mimi and Papa sent a Valentines package with lots of goodies in it!
There was a ladybug that has a pocket on the back and Jacob LOVED it! If I would have known he was going to be so excited we would have video taped him opening them! He hugged that lady bug over and over and asked if he could PLEASE sleep with him every night!
"Thumbs Up" for Mimi and Papa! He loved it :)
Rebekah was having fun opening the little goodies and while she didn't have quite the same reaction to the lady bug she still loved playing with everything (even her brother's pens)!
Grandma and Papa came over for lunch and brought Jacob lunch, some little goodies and his very own chocolate cake!
And a fun Tom & Jerry Valentine's card!
Rebekah liked her card too!!
The Sinclair gang had an early out from school so they came over for a little while. Both Aunt Amy and I made cupcakes so we ate some and "exchanged" some and the boys played Wii and wrestled. It was a very fun Valentine/Clementine's Day!! The evening was rounded out with my parents taking both the kids at dinnertime. Jake picked up some mexican food for us and we watched a movie and at dinner at home! It was amazing and quiet and relaxing! Then mom brought the kids home just in time for baths and bed. What a wonderful Valentine's Day!
