This is Ruth - she goes way back with me. Way back as in high school. She is Erin's stepmom. Erin is my friend from elementary school. Ruth put up with both of us and all of our shenanigans for many years. I haven't seen her since Erin's wedding a few years ago. It was so good to see her and her son. Erin's dad had to go to work so we missed him but it was good to see Ruth and her son Michael (below) Jarrod was sleeping on the couch so we saw him and wow has he grown! Jarrod was born our senior year so he is 15 years old now!
This is Michael - Erin's little brother. We used to hang around Ruth's house all the time so Michael was our little brother. We teased him and he teased us. He has grown up so much! I was teasing him about his beard! He can grow it better than Jake can - he thought that was pretty funny. He was so proud to show me his cell phone - he has hold music AND created his own voice mail message. It was so much fun to see them.
