We went to the doctor yesterday and Jacob was weighed. Jake was taking bets on what he weighed at 5 1/2 weeks. Let's recap. He was born at 9 pounds on February 17th. We checked out of the hospital on February 20th and he weighed 8 lbs 5 oz. He was weighed at his 2 week appointment and the scale said 9 lbs 11 oz. So drum roll at 5 1/2 weeks he weighed in at 13 pounds 5 oz!!!! He definitely is a big boy. I swear he does not eat all the time :) He eats every 2-3 hours and at night he usually (except last night haha) sleeps for about 5 hours at one stretch then every 3 hours or so after that. So he is just a good eater and for that we are so happy and thankful.
