Chiropractors Rule!

There will be a picture to follow of our Chiropractor - Dr. Ross DeBoer but he is just awesome! I keep forgetting the camera so its my fault. The Sinclairs have gone to Dr Ross for about 3 years and they introduced us to him when we moved here. With Palmer Chiropractic College being in Iowa there is definitely no shortage of chiro's to choose from. But Dr Ross has been just awesome! I could not have made it through my pregnancy without him. He helped me feel better everytime I was sick and he helped with my low back when it would go out after vacuuming. Besides all that he had done for us he has taken such good care of our baby. Dr Ross told us to call him when we were in labor and he'd meet us and adjust me but for some reason we didn't do that. Kind of a bummer actually but anyways.... We did call when Jacob was born and Jake went in to get adjusted and talked to him. Jacob was born on Sunday and Dr Ross came as our friend to visit us on Monday night. He gave Jacob his first adjustment at about 36 hours old! It was awesome - Jacob was upset and crying for the first time since being born and Dr Ross adjusted him and he was silent and content! It was incredible. Then 2 days later when we were released we drove straight to Dr Ross and had him adjusted again. Then at 2 weeks and then again this week. All this to say chiropractic really is amazing! Jacob has had some kind of stomach issue most of this week and even though we had just been adjusted on Tuesday I called yesterday and they got us in again. He adjusted him in all the areas that work with the stomach and some on his hips and neck and Jacob came home and slept and was finally at ease for the first time yesterday. He slept good last night besides being a bit hungrier than usual. But all in all the adjustments worked to let his little body do what it should be and not fight against the parts that weren't working properly before. We love Dr Ross!!!!
