Working on my parents new house before the big "moving" day!
Jacob loved being able to help paint and do whatever he could to help!
Most of the main floor had wallpaper - we took paper off one wall and painted over it in the living room and then we experimented on painting over another wall just to see what would happen. It worked for now - we'll see how long mom can hold out before all the wallpaper is gone :)
The spare room - we took all the wallpaper off this room and painted it.
Now this was the "pretty" room as Jacob called it. Mom did end up painting this entire room and taking down the curtains but left in the purple carpet for now :)
The master bedroom - she left this color on the walls for now but is already talking about repainting it :) Like mom says - its the cheapest way to change a room.
This is the master bathroom - what a treat for my parents! All our lives growing up with one bathroom and now they have one in their bedroom!!
I'll try to get more pictures - of the kitchen and the finished basement and the outside of the house. It's a great house! We are so excited for them!!
