This is the house right next door to us that my parents were renting while looking to buy. It really was so fun to have them right next door!
Moving day just so happened to be mom's birthday as well! Jacob and I went over first thing and gave her some birthday gifts so that she wasn't totally forgotten with all the business of the day:)
Jacob LOVES presents - it really doesn't matter if they are for him or not - he likes to open them no matter what.
A new welcome sign for their new house!
We rounded up a few guys and my mom's cousin Linda and her husband Steve came up from Illinois to help with the big move!
The evening before and a few hours in the morning it snowed like crazy! That made moving day a little more exciting!
After the move we ordered some pizza and fed the hard working guys! It was awesome that Linda and Steve came! We could not have done it without all the extra help :) Plus it's always fun when they come to visit - although we really need to have them come and just visit instead of coming to work! Maybe during Tulip Time they can just come be tourists and enjoy themselves :)
