Auntie Amy came over first thing this morning to bring Jacob a birthday cookie! He was still sleeping when she got here so when he woke up we went and got him. He was very excited to see her! Especially when he found out he could eat a cookie for breakfast :) What a treat!
As you can see he really like it! And yes he does have a nice shiner on his right eye. He fell off the bench at the kitchen table. Still not sure how he got those marks and how it was not worse but thankful that it doesn't really seem to bother him and thankful we already took his 2 year pictures :)
One of the good things about living in our little Dutch town - 2 bakeries with fresh baked goodies available 6 days a week! Also, another little side note for the memory book - these pajama's were from Micah and Aunt Amy even thought Elijah may have worn them! We are very blessed to get so many hand-me-downs from "the boys" as Jacob calls them. He gets pretty excited when we tell him Micah gave him a lot of his clothes.
