Jacob is one lucky (and spoiled) little man! He got some money for Christmas from Mimi & Papa, Great Grandma Owens, Grandpa Mike and his Great Aunt Terry and Great Uncle Mike. We found this train table (brand new in the box!!) on Craigslist for C-H-E-A-P last week. Then Jake and I went to Des Moines to return some things and hit the Jackpot at Target!! They had tons of stuff on clearance so we are done with his birthday shopping too!
Jake put the train set together last night after Jacob went to sleep and then this morning we took Jacob in and showed him! He was so excited.
As you can see he never lost his enthusiasm! He watched and played with these trains all morning long.
In fact when it was lunch time I told him we had to turn the trains off and he was devastated. Huge alligator tears and pure sadness. It was kind of sad but I suppose it's lessons we all learn. We told him they would be there when he got up from his nap. So we thank our family for being so generous and giving Jacob money. He LOVES his presents!
