Jake has wanted a rider since we moved here and Friday was finally THE day. We saw that a garage sale had one so Jake and the guys from his work went to lunch and on the way back they stopped (3 hours before the sale was supposed to start) to check it out and see what they were asking.
I could tell you the long story but you already know the ending... I should have waited to take pictures but it was too cute not to do it right away. The first thing he did after work was fire it up and take Jacob on a little ride. They both had huge smiles on their faces. After he changed out of his work clothes he went out and cleaned the whole thing up and now it's nice and clean. The hood had a crack in it but Jake fixed that as well. The only bummer about the whole thing is that our gate to the backyard is about 2 inches too narrow. So the debate is on for the easiest fix - we'll keep you posted. Needless to say Jake is already looking at the "snow" options for this so we'll have to take pictures when the time comes. Good job baby on finding such a good deal!
